Wavefront aberration technique is an important objective criterion to evaluate the optical quality of human eye. Higher order wavefront aberrations and accommodation affect each other, influencing retinal image quality of the human eye which is a dynamic optic system. Investigation of the interaction between these two factors helps in revealing reasonable explanation for visual symptoms. This paper reviewed higher order aberrations related points such as their clue for accommodation, changes related with accommodation, microfluctuations during accommodative relaxation, and accommodation related higher order aberrations changes in myopia.
