Treatment interval change | Criteria |
Shortening | Interval increase in retinal fluid (IRF/SRF) as defined on OCT from immediately previous, preadjustment visit. Loss of ≥5 ETDRs of visual acuity. Increase in CRT of ≥100 µm within central 1 mm cube. New neovascularisation/CNVM (as determined by investigator). New macular haemorrhage (as determined by investigator).

Extension | No criteria for shortening treatment interval met. Fluid-free status (ie, no clinically-significant intraretinal/subretinal fluid present on OCT as determined by investigator).
